Overview
Citrus australasica is native to the rainforests of the border ranges of SE Queensland and Northern NSW, Australia. Harvested fresh from the local Byron Bay Hinterlands, these exotic “finger shaped” fruits are bursting with tiny pearls or caviar, loaded with exciting water-soluble phyto-compounds – natural tryptophan, amino acids, naringin, organic acids, limocitrin, poncirin and more. The Finger Lime is fast being recognised as a potential ingredients for barrier function and supporting dehydrated and reactive skin conditions.
